  When I was a kid my mom bought BOIL IN THE BAG spaghetti. It was ok and good when time was tight but... Applebees is kinda like that. Things seem manufactured, Luke warm, boiled in the bag, but you don't care much after 2 or 3 tall boys. Always busy, so the must be doing something right.

  My choice of beverage was supposed to be brought "from the back" since they did not have it at the bar... That took a good ten minutes... when the lady that brought it over asked if the bartender was actually waiting on it, i overheard and mentioned that we were expecting it ten minutes ago. She rudely replied that she would have brought ten minutes ago if she knew about it..
  A very disorganized place with an exceptionally poor customer service.. I'm generally a great fan of Applebee's and will continue to go to one... i will simply just never go back to this one

  The service is slower than expected. I was to be charged for refills on a non alcoholic iced tea drink. The appetizers have gotten smaller and for a party of 5 we had to order 2. 40 minutes later we got our food and it looked as if I received a kids portion. I sent it back & told them that I wasn't going to eat it. The meat looked dry & the whole meal looked unappealing. Then after I sent it back, they brought me the same food back out to me while the manager stood at our table apologizing. My wife ordered a loaded baked potato & was charged $1.95 extra, what she got was a dry potato with a sprinkle of cheese. No butter, no sour cream, no bacon bits. This is by far the worst experience that I've had at an Applebee's in a long time. Althought the manager was very apologetic we probably won't be returning. We should have gone to the restaurant across the parking lot.
