  Service was terrible. I wait 5 mins to order a water. Then I order a medium steak and it came out well done, sent it back. I ordered two sides with the steak and one extra side of mashed potatoes for my toddler and they brought out two sides of mashed potatoes instead of the flame grilled veggies (which were also horrible and way undercooked). Even the new sirloin was so tough that my jaw hurt towards the end of the meal and my kid was still gnawing on her piece 10 minutes later (not exaggerating... I noticed it was still in her mouth when I put her in the car seat).
  
  When I was waiting for a new steak, I sat and ate my veggies with my fingers because I didn't have silverware. There were several times I looked around and there was not one hostess, server, bartender in sight. I was really disappointed and will not be returning any time soon.

  Waitress messed up drinks. Didn't want to change out a healthy option instead of fries.
  
  Cook ordered a medium rare steak that was over cooked.
