  This company bait and switched me!! I went to purchase two bottled waters that were priced $2.50 each, and at the register I was charged $3.50 each. After I questioned and spoke to a manager, I was told that I had lied and gotten the water from a different case. Point is they did not have their prices matched up correctly with the item and they blamed me!!! Stop falsely advertising!!! Correct yourselves if you're in the wrong! Horrible customer service!

  This coffee shop makes every visit to Albuquerque even better. I actually look forward to sitting in the waiting area for Southwest flights in the airport terminal because Black Mesa is there. On one memorable occasion, I gave up my seat on an overbooked flight so a mother with a three-month-old baby could fly -- the next plane out was in eight hours. The staff at Black Mesa comped my espresso to reward me! The delicious food and really exceptional coffee is reward enough, though, every time I visit. Friendly, knowledgeable, highly-competent baristas make this a great experience every time.
