  If I was rating the food alone, it'd be higher, BUT the customer service is HORRIBLE! Why have a phone In the business if they're not going to answer it??? At first I thought they were super busy, but upon arriving at the actual business, the employees just flat out ignored the phone! I always place large orders and to avoid the ridiculous wait time when ordering in store, I call ahead of time because it's more convenient as I'm sure many others do. I like Bob's Burgers, but not enough to tolerate negligent employees. I also forgot to add, I always order the Chile on the side. The last couple of times, after the employees assured me the Chile was in the Bag at the bottom, I arrived at home only to find they didn't put the Chile at all. Adding insult to injury, the rude kid I talked to when I went back tried arguing with me and wanted to charge me for the Chile instead of giving me what he forgot to add to my order. There's plenty of other places I can spend my money and get much better customer service.

  The food is so good at a great price. There have been a few time we've had to go back for food that was forgotten but besides that it is a great place for spicy chile and good food.

  WARNING ... Hot and Spicy. One bite of the chili dog and I couldn't eat the rest. I told the staff and asked for a new plain hotdog... which after checking with management ... I was given a new hotdog. Pretty much tasted like a generic brand hotdog and was the size of my index finger. Husband ... who likes spicy food ... could only eat the beef from his burger once he scraped off the chili sauce. I'll pass on Bob's Burgers.
