  (Filling this out for another spirited person) Huevos Rancheros ordered over easy and eggs were overcooked. Also, the red chili was skimpy and there was bacon on it instead of beans. Potatoes were a little dry. Service was good. Wait time was good.

  While the food is decent the prices are ridiculous and the customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I've personally witnessed two cashiers laughing at a homeless man who was just trying to give them money for a coffee. They told him he smelled and then threw his money back at him telling him to go away. In addition to that, every time I've gone there to see if they've improved they've become ruder and ruder and have out right lied to me about prices. Apparently the prices on the menu are subject to change depending on the employee. Will never be going back!

  The food is awesome. Customer service was great. I've been multiple times and have seen how some people treat these cashiers so rudely and they just have to deal with it.

  Staff is rude. Food is great but pricey. Fountain drinks are almost $3 and youre entitled to one refil for over a $1 I feel like they should make better accommodations for customers who are there regularly and run better specials. Like maybe a member card to stamp towards a free soda or coffee or half price meal deal. They could certainly use some good training on customer service, attitude, and courtesy.

  The woman who handed me my food smiled when she called my number. That's about all the nice things I have to say. The cashiers are rude, rude, rude. I have only eaten there a few times over the last year and the service does not change. I will not be going back. If it's too hard to be nice to your customers and show some common courtesy, you should not work in customer service.
