  Placed an order Friday night. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there paid the bill and then sat in the waiting area. 20 minutes later we were about to ask if it was almost ready (Friday night they're busy, we get it) then the girl that cashed is out asks us if we're on the waiting list? Uh no we had a take out order. Have you paid for it already? Yes. You rang us up 20 minutes ago. Oh she says and laughs. Goes in the back and someone tells her yeah that's the order that's been sitting back here. Great. Another 5 minutes and another girl brings it out and apologizes. She was very nice about it but come on people, communicate. Communicate to co-workers. Communicate to the customer. We wouldn't have been miffed had someone just said give us a half hour before you come pick it up or once we got there, hey sorry we're a little busy tonight it's going to be a little bit longer. Nothing. Also while we were waiting a lady brought her order back and said this was her second time coming back because they messed up her order twice. Just work on communication. Food was great as always just wished our experience would have gone more smoothly.

  Service is pretty good, and the prices are okay. However, I think the food is disgustingly greasy. Plus, they put meat in basically everything (beans, chili, etc.) So, eating here as a vegetarian or vegan is impossible.
