  The manager is despicable! Really? No free water? Even if you buy a meal here you are forced to buy a drink if you're thirsty. Are you kidding? It's just water get over yourselves. Are you just that greedy that you have to hold your customers hostage over a cup of water? Just so we have to spend that much more when we're already buying a whole meal from your establishment ? Shame! Even McDonald's has free water! I will gladly spend the extra gas money next time to go to a different Subway and support them instead and I urge the rest of you to do so as well. I wish I could rate with less than 1 star because you don't deserve it! And last I checked it was illegal to with hold free water in the Southwest, these people should be reported! not only that but the service was terrible. The manager had a bad attitude and so did the staff don't ever go here!

  I pulled up to an open sign at 7:11pm. The man inside watched me pull up and then walked to the back. I waited at the front counter, he came around and acted surprised to see me. He said, "I'm sorry ma'am but we're closed!" I asked what time they close and he said 6:30pm. The sign says 9:30. He walked over and turned off the open light.
  I called several other subways, all open normal hours this evening. I'll go to one of them instead.
  I have never posted a review before but this is not the first time I've had problems w this subway. Mostly rude employees and a history of opening late and closing early. Wish you guys could get it together since you're so near my house, but that's ok, San Mateo store is friendly and consistent.

  Horrible customer service. Acted like I was inconveniencing them by ordering one simple Turkey sandwich. Didn't listen to my instructions and did a mess of a job throwing my sandwich together while being more engaged with gossip about co-workers.
